Well… we did it again. We went back to Washington Farms for the 2nd Annual Smith Family Fun Day while my brother and Jacob and his mom were in town. This place has all the fall activities you could ever imagine and provides hours of entertainment. The first stop was the corn maze….
Last year it took us forever but this year we flew through it. Maybe we remembered it from last year or maybe our sense of direction improved, who knows?
Check out my mom’s (the blonde lady) gorgeous Akola necklace pictured above! I have it in two colors I love it so much!
Next stop was the corn cannon where you shoot corn at either a Florida or Alabama sign. I always aim for Bama. 🙂 I believe my brother got the closest.
Next stop is the pumpkin slingshot. (I wasn’t lying when I said this place had a lot of fall activities.) There is a giant target in the middle of a pond which you aim for and sling away! Kind of fun!!
We had to be finished with all activities by 1:00 for the highlight of the day…pig races! This is something everyone should see at least once in their lives…and I have now seen it twice!

There were a few more activities and then we took the hayride back to the front of the farm where there were both sunflowers and pumpkins for picking. Of course we used the sunflowers as the perfect backdrop for family photos.
And of course solo shots for Instagram and outfit details.
